- Messages — anything you send us via the contact form, WhatsApp, email or social media.
- Newsletter email — if you subscribe to our mailing list.

- To confirm, process and deliver your order, and to provide customer support.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To send occasional offers and updates — only if you subscribed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
We never sell your personal information.
3. Where your data lives
- This website stores your shopping cart and favourites only in your own browser (local storage) — that data never leaves your device via this site.
- Orders and messages are sent to us through WhatsApp (operated by Meta) or email; their own privacy policies also apply to those services.
- When you pay, your payment details are handled by the payment provider (e.g. your bank, Stripe, Klarna) — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Couriers (e.g. Royal Mail, DHL) receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order.
4. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses browser local storage solely to remember your cart, favourites and preferences on your own device.
5. Your rights (UK GDPR)
