1. Who we are

2. Orders
- Adding items to the cart or sending an order summary does not itself form a contract. Your order is accepted when we confirm it (normally on WhatsApp) and payment has been received.
- We may decline or cancel an order (e.g. stock error, suspected fraud, pricing mistake); anything already paid will be refunded in full.
3. Prices & payment
- Prices are in pounds sterling (£). Any Naira (₦) figures shown are approximate conversions for convenience only — the £ price is the binding one unless we agree a ₦ amount with you when confirming your order.
- We accept major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and bank transfer, as agreed at order confirmation.
- We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Delivery
- UK: next-day where ordered before 2pm (working days); otherwise 1–2 working days.
- Nigeria: typically 5–7 business days via courier. Other countries: 7–14 days.
- Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by couriers or customs. We provide tracking for every order. Any customs duties or import charges in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
5. Products
Our products are 100% human hair. Because human hair is a natural product, small variations in shade, wave pattern and density between batches are normal and are not defects. Colours can also display differently on different screens.
6. Returns
See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms, but we are not liable for business losses or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Website content
All branding, text and images on this site belong to MARISHAIR Beauty World and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Customer reviews reflect individual experiences.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales — though if you live elsewhere you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
